Many years ago, He prayed each night,
Hoping God would set his path aright.
She prayed too, with a heart so true,
Waiting for the moment when love would break through.

But only two years ago, God made a way,
On the 17th of August, on her birthday.
He said, "Hi," with a nervous grin,
She replied, "Hi," and let love begin.

​

On the 28th of January, a question he asked,
With trembling voice, behind courage masked.
"Be my girlfriend?" he whispered so shy,
She screamed, "Yes! Yes! Yes!" beneath the starry sky

Heaven laughed with joy so grand,
And God’s plan moved just as He’d planned.
Adventures they shared, their bond grew strong,
In God’s will, they knew they belonged

​​

He prayed once more, seeking divine decree,
"Shall I turn her from girlfriend to fiancée?"
God said, "Yes, she’s the one for you,"
Then, on one knee, he followed through.

​

On the 11th of April, he asked for her hand,
Her "Yes!" echoed like waves on the sand.
Heaven clapped with a joyous sound,
And God’s gladness was all around.

​​

On the 20th of April 2025, it’s true,
He will say, "I do," and she, "Me too."
What God has joined, love's eternal tether,
Let no one ever tear apart their forever.

​​

So mark the date, we’d love you there,
To witness a love beyond compare.
On the 20th of April, come join the fun,
As we unite as two, and become as one.
